The Doctor is a trooper. He hates the cold more than I do but has been dragged to an outdoor European Christmas Fair in -6 weather and has (reluctantly) walked around Itaewon because someone needed a coffee. That being said, he started it. On our first date post my return from Sydney, we decided to go for a drive. Making our way from south of the river to the driving course up to the north, we ended up at Palgakjeong Pavilion.
Bugak Skyway, the driving course up to Palgakjeong, is known to some as being the date locale for people who have affairs… Hmm… I suppose the fact that it’s difficult to get to unless you’re driving or taking a taxi may be the reason. But regardless of this fact, when you get to the top, it offers a gorgeous view of the cityscape of Seoul, especially at night when all the lights glitter in the distance. Unfortunately both of us were poorly prepared for the howling winds and after a knowing glance at each other, we hurried back to the car. Brrr…
If you plan on heading there, double up on the heat tech!
